Down to the studs.
GK Build is focused on true gut renovations, meaning that everything in the home is stripped away down to the studs. Consider floors, drywall, insulation, even plumbing, electrical and HVAC - everything goes. By doing this, we are able to retain the structural skeleton of the home, but any underlying damage becomes visible and can be addressed during the renovation.
Stripping down the home also gives the homeowner total freedom to re-think the home's interior to their exact specification, leading to transparency and the highest possible customer satisfaction.
